Description
Features:
Product Composition: R404A is a mixture of HFC125, HFC-134a and HFC-143, with the proportion of R404A=44% R125+4% R134A+52% 143A. It is colorless gas under normal temperature and pressure, and compressed liquefied gas is stored in the steel cylinder.
Product Features: The ODP of R404A is 0, so R404A is an environment-friendly refrigerant that does not damage the ozone layer of the atmosphere.
It is clean, low toxic, nonflammable, and has good refrigeration effect.
R404A, as a medium and low temperature refrigerant widely used today, is often used in refrigerators, food refrigeration equipment, marine refrigeration equipment, industrial low temperature refrigeration, commercial low temperature refrigeration, transportation refrigeration equipment (refrigerated vehicles, etc.), refrigeration condensing units, supermarket display cabinets and other refrigeration equipment.
R404A is the most common industrial standard refrigerant (usually low temperature refrigeration system) to replace R22 and R502 on newly installed refrigeration equipment.
It is widely used in medium and low temperature refrigeration systems.
Attentions:
- Because R404A is different from R502 and R22 in physical and chemical properties, theoretical cycle performance, compressor refrigerant oil, etc., for after-sales maintenance of refrigeration equipment initially installed with R502 and R22 refrigerants, if it is necessary to add or replace refrigerant, only R502 and R22 can be added. Generally, R404A cannot directly replace R502 and R22. R404A is applicable to new commercial refrigeration equipment, transportation refrigeration equipment or newer equipment with medium and low temperature, which can reach 15℉(- 9.4 ℃) or colder. The refrigerant is applicable to all R502 working environments.
- The buyer must be certified by EPA and show proof before payment and shipment. Through this purchase, you declare that you have obtained EPA certification, or that the product will be used by licensed technicians. Your payment will be used as your electronic signature. (Note: The Federal Clean Air Act restricts the sale and use of CFC and HCFC refrigerants, and is limited to technicians certified by EPA approved testing agencies.)
